We link to each applicants bank account using Plaid, meaning the bank verifies with us directly, not the Tenant.
Reference Check
We call their previous landlords to gain insight about their experience with the applicant as a renter.
Credit Check
TransUnion credit report is pulled to see their payment history with other creditors.
