One monthly price means when we reduce turnover & and unexpected maintenance calls, we're more successful as a property management company. Our pricing model is one fixed monthly price without any hidden maintenance fees or surcharges on work we coordinate. This means that when we reduce turnover and unexpected maintenance calls, we are more successful as a property management company.
Property inspections objective is 2 fold. One, to ensure the lease and clauses within the lease are being followed and the property is being well maintained by the tenant. Second, is our maintenance approach is proactive, not reactive. During our visit we will perform basic repairs and identify any potential potential issues to address before they become emergencies.
Instead of relying solely on an automated system, we leverage technology and humans. From the technological standpoint, our background screening includes direct links to tenants bank accounts to verify funds, verify employment directly through their employer, credit reports, and nationwide criminal, sex offender, and eviction searches.
For projects or maintenance requests that exceed the 3 hours per job of labor we provide, we offer a competitive fixed hourly rate + parts. If the work falls outside the scope of our capabilities, or a licensed contractor is required to perform the work, we outsource the work and bill you back. We do not include a surcharge on these invoices.
We service the Twin Cities metro area. With a radius of about 25 miles from Minneapolis. If you're a little outside this boundry, we may still service your area, so please reach out to discuss.
